Returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
We only accept returns if:
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds
Once your case is reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
